"Hello, I am blind and I have an older dryer that is accessible.I had put the braille labels on it and it has tones to tell me what the dryer is doing. It had gone out when the sensors stopped working. The heat sinsor. So they did the diagnostic and found the part. They installed a couple of days later. So they even helped me with my washer to install a surge protector on it too. We get a lot power issues at my complex so I am greatful they did this. My own maintenance would not even do this for me. They also saw that my dryer needed to be cleaned, I clean it everytime I use it but, the lent was building up and they gave me a discount on the cleaning it out for me. So it would not be a fire hazert. So, I would definitely recommend them to come to fix your appliances. Also, they have payment plans too if that is a need that you might have. I am glad my accessible dryer is functioning correctly now especially because my complex is not exactly ADA compliant with their laundry facilities. So while most people say having washer/dryer in the apartment is a luxury for me it is a necessity. SO give them a call if you need any of your appliances to be fixed! He was very efficient with figuring out the problem with our dryer and keeping us informed on the problems as he was as he worked as well as providing us with a solution for each problem and what steps to take. He was kind enough to swing by early Saturday morning, and cleaned out our, dryer quick and easy and solved our issue."

"Called Mr Appliance and they scheduled an appointment right away! Technician came and diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered parts and was back 3 days later to repair! The price was a lil high but if you want the right manufacturer parts and the job to be done right the 1st time with a year warranty I would say cut the small savings with someone else and just cut to the chase. I also liked that the inspection fee went towards the grand total of the repair. Other companies charged that additionally to the repair. Would recommend and hire again!"
