Very professional and had me laughing and had no stress or worries about my taxes. I chose to do the drop off service and it was so easy. It took about 15 mins for him to gather all my info and then I made another appointment to come and sign. When I came to sign it took about 30 mins total for him to go over everything and for me to sign all documents. Was so easy and I have 0 worries. Will always come back as long as Mr. Hansen is there.
