"Our refrigerator was not cooling, so I searched for appliance repair near me and this one came up. It was Friday afternoon at 3 pm, so I didn't expect any help! But Michael, the owner answered and though he was busy, said he would come out. He sure did, diagnosed my fridge immediately, but unfortunately did not have the part. He said he would try to get it Saturday, but when he went , no part place had it, so he ordered it from California. He called me Monday (literally the next business day) to say he got the part and would come and replace it that day. Wow! He did and our fridge is working GREAT! Pretty darn incredible to get our fridge fixed that fast! He was so friendly and helpful on the phone and we really appreciate the timely repair. We will certainly use him again when needed.
