"The staff are attentive to the individual needs our dog, Ellie. She's a rescue from Houston SPCA and is sometimes timid bc she was abused before we adopted her. I appreciate that a staff member called when Ellie was having an anxiety issue in group play and offered other play options for her. I was initially concerned that bc Pet Suites is a bigger company that Ellie would be just another dogo for them to warehouse while staff sat around on their phones. My experience is the opposite. The staff are very much involved and concerned with each pet. I really like the Pawgress Reports with photos after each visit. If your animal companion is a family member and not just a pet I would definitely recommend this Pet Suites location. I should add that this is Ellie's first visit to any daycare facility. It has been super difficult to find a place that seems to care. Thank you guys for caring. ❤️"
