"Unprofessional to say the least! Had a brand new filter and pump installed two months before they took over servicing my pool, within 2 weeks of them taking it over, the filter cartridge was cracked and the pump broke.... when I questioned if the Jandy valves (ability to shut off flow into and out of pump and filter) were closed and the pump deadheaded, I was berated by them and told they'd been doing this for 30 years, they never make mistakes, blah blah blah. Well I took the pump apart and found the impeller shaft sheared off the motor.... that's caused by hydro locking a pump aka dead heading it. Thanks for doing at least $500 in damage! Steer clear of them!!!!!!!!"

"So unprofessional. Leave the water running to the pool when no one is home, show up with a big gulp drink and cigarette in hand, leave your pool looking like a swamp but then lie and say someone has been servicing the pool. Steer clear of these people unless you want your money to go in the garbage every month and your pool to be very unusable."
