"LeRon Craven did my installation of a new water heater and I do mean new as in a water heater from this year and not one that had been sitting in a warehouse for some years. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I was able to receive their Hospital/Military discount which is highly appreciated, I do hope it is raised from 5% to 10% to stay competitive with other companies and to really give appreciation to our Service Members and Hospital Workers. My experience with the installation of my New Water Heater was by far better than most recognized companies! LeRon really made a big difference taking the time to explain everything I need to know as the home owner when it comes to the water heater. My only complaint wasn't with Fixd but their partnered warranty service and communication of service; 1st month is not free and it does now become active until they draft your account the following month. And the card used to register for warranty service is the one that will be used for the work done through Fixed despite being told different by Warranty Service. Besides minor communications between the two companies I can't be happier with my New Water Heater! The Manager Kevin was helpful, kind, and respectful at every turn; someone who genuinely appreciates his Employees, Hospital Workers, and Service Members. And when I had questions and called back after installation Cigi was happy to help and just a delight to speak to!"

"This company is horrible. They seemed good at first when they installed the new ac unit, but little did we know that it was improperly installed and is now costing me thousands of dollars to fix it. We had multiple other contractors come in and tell us that the system is not right. They overcharged the unit and with a bad installation it caused the unit to become a large block of ice causing additional damage. Also, the thermostats that were installed are not rated for the unit I have. Fixd came in multiple time saying that the unit is good and clean when it was not charging me money each time. All the company wants to do is do a quick job and take your money by having your units break down fast."
