I was completely surprised when I got a call back close to immediately. I was told the service tech could come out the next day AM. I jumped on it. The tech called me slightly before the beginning time and asked if he could come in a bit early...absolutely. He completed service and was very educational, helping with questions, and showing me a few things about my unit and the item he replaced. Great dude, very helpful. I was even more surprised when I had to pay. Well below what I expected. Great company and my old guy just lost a customer. AC Lady is my go to!"

In one day they were out for an estimate, then returned the next day for a complete install. Put me at ease, explained all the things, and were friendly and I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. I will recommend AC Lady every time! They came SO PROMPTLY! They communicated every step of the way. Just fabulous! Pricing was quite fair for the work - and boy was it done neatly and quickly. very thorough."
