"Mailed them an item in January. After calling them several times to find out about it, was told they had to order parts but it should be fixed soon. About a week later I was called and told it had been fixed and tested and was running great. Got it in the mail a few days later-plugged it up and it DID NOT WORK!! Called them back and they said to return it and they would “look at it further”. After 2 months of trying to find out about my machine-I was finally told that it could not be fixed. It was mailed back to me and parts are missing and I guess they glued the screws in so I couldn’t get into it to see what was missing!! BAD EXPERIENCE-WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! And tried to charge me $1,100!!!"

"Stay away from this place. Extremely overpriced and dishonest. This place will tell you something is broken when it is not. They charge astronomically more for repairs than the brand new item it self. One of my items worked just fine that they told me was unrepairable. (It was a test on their honesty) They returned it missing some items. They agree to things and then fully turn on the deal. They lie. This place is outrageous in cost and dishonesty. They will only do repairs if they can charge you outrageous prices."
