"Tech came out to service a pull out under counter refrigerator, in the break room. Unit had no service valves to check pressures. Managed to spend 3 billable hours to say there was 1 temp sensor out of calibration that probably wasn't the main problem. Provided a price to install the new sensor and install service valves and recharge and test. Which would still not guarantee the unit would work. It was a better choice to just replace the unit as it sometimes is in these cases. Just felt like the on site labor was a little much for a unit that just slid out from under the counter to service."

"Just tried calling for a service call, and I got to say the professionalism was definitely not there. Super rude receptionist or whoever answers the phone for this Dallas number should just quit cause you sound miserable. They want $290 upfront!? Hahaha, yeah, right, who does that? Didn't even bother to try and hear me out about what type of equipment I needed service for either, oh well... just called from a billion dollar corporation with locations all over the damn place they just messed up with haha losers."

"I called in to ask to get Service, they told me in order to get a technitian i will have to pay upfront $290.00 for the driver to come & 1 hour service, & it would be 5 business day to get them to come to do the service"
