"Very grateful to CW Service Pros who responded when I had a slab leak. Devan is the BEST!! I could not be happier with his experience and expertise. He is knowledgeable and communicated well, walking me through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend him!! The entire experience went well, except the billing portion. Work on the project finished on Thanksgiving day. The invoice came on the following day (Black Friday). I was out of town and requested an itemized invoice (required by my insurance adjuster). At 8:09 today (Monday) I received a reply asking for my insurance adjuster info. By lunch I had received 2 calls letting me know that payment in full is required TODAY. My adjuster is reimbursing me so I was able to pay them in full today, but I did not appreciate the phone calls at work insisting that I pay today when the itemized invoice is still not even received. Otherwise a good experience and I don't mind recommending them. They did great work and I am thankful to have my hot water back!"
