"This business is DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you’re worried about getting ripped off please avoid this place. They claim “one call does it all” but that was far from the truth. I wholeheartedly hope that they don’t attempt to SCAM anyone else. Awful customer service and their pricing was not transparent whatsoever. Details: I was told one price and that there would be no additional charges. I confirmed this with the “CEO” Bethany prior to the last visit and made it clear I did not want to proceed if there were going to be additional charges. Of course I then was sent an invoice for an additional $200 for said visit. I tried to find out what happened and apparently the “CEO” doesn’t have the authority to determine if there would be additional charges. Bethany now suffers from memory loss related to the matter lmao. Just a scummy business from the top down."
