"One of our AC units went out and since we have two units we were not in a huge rush to replace it and had time to get quotes from a lot of AC companies. Just by coincidence, Burke was the last one we called. It was like a breath of fresh air! Brad spoke to me about options and the install process. Our attic access has poor clearance and other companies were concerned about this - he told me he had seen this before and had a solution. The install team showed up on-time on the install day and they took great care of our house - I wasn't expecting them to spread mats over the carpet on the stairs or the area where they were working but they did! Plus they vacuumed the area and left it cleaner than when they found it! When they were done, Jeff, the lead installer, called to me and asked if I would like to see the installed unit in the attic. I went up and I was pleased to see how much pride he took in the work of his team. He explained the installation and gave me an education on filters, the dampers, and the unit. A few days later we had Burke service our other (old) unit. The tech (the other Jeff) taught me things about our heat pump that I never knew! We are happy with Burke and highly recommend them! Wish we could get this level of customer service from everyone we do business with!"
