"I first met Todd after a major hail storm that came through Fort Worth. He knocked on my front door and was very kind, direct, and professional. He enlightened me on a few interesting facts concerning insurance and how claims are generally handled. I eventually took his advice and brought vehicle down to his shop in Haltom City to have him look over the damage a little more thoroughly. The damage expenses surpassed what my insurance company had given me to fix my vehicle. Todd said, "don't worry I can handle this." He had put in a request for my insurance company supplement the difference and they did!!! I had no idea that was possible. In the end... I paid nothing out of pocket. My truck looks like nothing happened! I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Todd & Dent MD. Happy to support local businesses and extremely with how this was handled and the outcome."
