"These people show a daily schedule advertising they close at 8pm every day. We showed up on Sunday at around 7pm & they were closed. Called both numbers on the door & man answered saying he’d be there today (Monday) till 8pm. I show up at 7pm & it’s closed again."
"It seems like they take $25 dollars stating they will trouble shoot your phone to give an estimate on what will be needed to repair it. It seems they take your cell phone and your money and do nothing with your phone. A few weeks later when you follow up for status they say they don't know and that the owner is not there and/or they don't know where your phone is or what the status is on its diagnosis. Six weeks later after not returning your calls or providing status, if you show up several times in person with your work order/ receipt they'll return your phone saying there is nothing they can do to fix it. If you get your phone back, you'll notice it wasn't even opened... They're a waste of time and dishonest, in my opinion."
