"We brought our 2001 Winnivago Brave here for a damage assessment. Damian greeted us as we arrived. He was exactly as expected. Very knowledgeable and it didn't take long for him to assess the damage. The vehicle required extensive work, which we knew, and in his opinion, for a bus of this age, it would cost more to repair than the bus was worth. The location is out of the way, but once you see the multiples of RVs and Motorhomes you know you are in the right place. Damian and his brother own RGV RV, they are busy but judging by the number of vehicles on site, they are well trusted. Overall experience was that we got the best available in the RGV and Damian didn't let us down. I would highly recommend this company."

"Difficult to contact, impossible to schedule appointments with, incompetent, and generally a deceitful service. I purchased a part through RGV RV Repairs who also agreed to install the part. After "ordering" the part they did not show up to install it on the agreed date and did not provide notice they would not be appearing. The company ignored phone calls and voicemails and I had to go pick up the part myself from the company only to find out they had "ordered" the completely incorrect item and it was given to me incomplete and without original packaging 4 months after the original order date. They promised to replace the part and install the correct one at a later date, but spent 2 months either ignoring phone calls or scheduling install dates and then repeatedly not showing up. Unfortunately, I had to just take the more than $300 loss for the incorrect part, do the work myself, and report the business to the better business bureaus. The most unfortunate thing to find out was that the part required could be ordered and delivered within 2 business days and for about $100 cheaper and is easy to install myself. Their inability to do something so simple says a lot about their competence."

"I had a leak around my slide out and it caused a section on my floor (under ceramic tile) to rot. They had to remove the slide out to do the repair. While it was there I had them trouble shoot 2 electrical problems and replace my inverter as well as change my oil. They did a very good job for a very reasonable price. They ran into some problems which caused the time estimate to be off(doubled) but they did not charge extra to be sure the job was done right. I have now used them two(2) more times. Both of the lsat two times were for Electrical problems that other RV Repairs places were not able to fix. Damian was able to find the problem and come up with a good solution in both cases. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR REPAIR NEEDS."
