"My horrible landlord tried sending these people to my apt. They said they would be there within 2 hrs a d called 5.5 hrs later to tell me a technician was on the way. When I asked if they were licensed and if they did background checks on their employees the person on the other end of the phone got upset and said if you don't want us to service your ac we wont. What kind of professional gets upset and talks down to a tenant or homeowner when asking simple questions, questions any person should ask. I love and protect t my family I don't want criminals around them. If me asking these questions offends someone who provides a service for a living it's says alot about who they have working for them and how they conduct business. Would not recommend at all. Hire a professional. Further more the people that they did send out were thrilled party contractors from " top choice " . This is a mom.and pop company who is hiring third parties . Ridiculous. Now I understand why the person on the lhone was upset by my questions."

"On todays date, 04/29/2019. Mr. Salinas went above and beyond his duties. Im not from the valley and i was hesitated of who to call to service my AC unit that it was not cooling. I called a few repair shops around and decided to go with Frio A/C. Mr. Salinas showed up in less than 2 hours and checked my unit. He was very courteous and informative of what could have been wrong with the AC unit . He later found out that it had a leak and fixed it. The price was very reasonable and then he offered me to join a program with my electrical company that offers a full tune up to my A/C unit for free. Now i have a freezing cold ac again. Will definitely call him again."
