"I would give no stars at all, but I am forced to give one! Horrible service! Botch job after botch job. Owner himself came to see the poor job his workers did and said he could not help pay for the leak from the "missing floater." After back and forth, he even said he was taking his part back, even though he never installed a new one! Worker told us before hand that it was on them, but the owner quickly hushed him up and said he would not pay for damages. Owner recommended a new unit! (7 years with the unit) He even told me he sold me an old unit! The nerve!!! The next day, had the same leak and the same mess!!! You bet I won't be calling them back. I don't recommend. Do anything and everything to not call these guys! You will definitely pay the price for their mistake!"

"For years I kept asking them to clean the unit, they kept saying it was clean. My unit was filthy and got messed up. They needed to bring it down from the addict to clean it and they never did but charged me for it for years. They would just blow it out"

"Poor service, had a small pinhole leak. Tech came to braze the copper and add refrigerant but burned right through the copper tubing and made a huge hole. Accidents happen right? After that I was told the only remedy was to buy a brand new unit, no other option was possible I was told. I paid the standard fee that they charge to come check the unit, but the worse part is they actually charged me for the welding/brazing (the part that caused the huge hole and supposedly left the unit unfixable). If I am being understanding and tell you that I understand accidents happen but then you turn around and charge me for your error, I mean that's messed up. Anyways, I called another more reputable company, they came, brazed a new piece and problem fixed."
