"We have used this Party City for years, but had an especially good experience on Wednesday. I was picking up balloons for my son's birthday and one of the balloons was a little deflated. The 2 gentlemen working noticed the balloon (I had not) and immediately offered to refill it and also gave me a replacement balloon in case the one that I had purchased did not last. They were so kind and worked quickly to resolve a problem I had not noted myself. They were right though because the balloon did not last and the backup was perfect."

One of the store managers at this location, Chris, went out of his way to assist me. He also actually called me to follow up & ensure that I was able to find what I needed. I really appreciated that level of customer service."
