"Cyndi was a great help. Prices at this store are always high for balloons. She helped me pick out a decent option concerning prices. Store was clean and staff was available for questions. While the prices for balloons are high and that's a drawback, I've never had an issue with quality when ordering them. I will update if these don't last as directed. I wish they had more tabletop options and decor for boys teen birthdays. It's hard to find"

"Trevor is awesome! I ordered a Halloween costume online, which I had to pick up at a different location. Unfortunately, when trying it on at home, it did not fit right, and I needed to exchange for a different size. The Geneva, IL location said that it had two of the size I needed online, but when I walked into the store, they were nowhere to be found. Not only did Trevor go to the back to check (even though all costumes are currently out on the floor), when he could not find them there, he physically walked up and down each aisle, searching for the missing inventory. I don’t know how he had such good eyes to find them in the thousands of costumes in that store, but within minutes, he was able to locate the missing costumes, and provide me with the correct size for the exchange! Each staff member that either greeted or helped me did not make me feel like I was a burden at all, but instead they were extremely genuine and so helpful! Thank you Trevor —that saved me a huge headache, and you made it so easy to check off that my list of things to do! Excellent customer service!"
