"There are several businesses that claim to help Service Members. Few of them actually do. Reese heating and plumbing is one that stands by their word. "Not dependable at all. A/C issues, four weeks ago and after 1 visit narrowed down problem. Supposed to return, after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls still no response. I called again today and Cindy told me I was welcome to find someone else if I wished to!!. Customer service is a big zero and not deserving of anyone’s business. Called another company, Brad LaSalle of AC Tech services responded within 2 hours, confirmed problem and will have a/c in the morning. That’s a respectable way to conduct a business and I highly recommend him"
