"They are great about collecting information and collecting their fee but I've been working with them for over 3 years and still nothing has actually been done! They just continue to request information periodically and I get the same generic email on occasion stating nothing new to report... I should have had a resolution a long time ago!"
"I strongly do not recommend this location, which is a table/tent inside Walmart. I had my taxes done here and discovered an error on my return that I needed to discuss with them, and no one would ever answer or call me back. I went back to the tent after no one would answer, only to find it deserted. See the screenshot of how many times I called them with no answer. This location is run by the main office on C Street, where I ended up after giving up on this location. The main office is a much better location where there are actually workers present."
