I had to ask specific questions regarding opening a joint checking's account with Frost, and she was able to investigate the answers for me! While I was put on hold for a short time while she investigated, she checked in on the call to update me. Very nice and pleasant person to talk to! Very satisfied with the branch and customer experience!"

"All of the Frost Bank locations I have visited have friendly reliable, courteous, professional staff members ready, willing and able to assist you. If something is above their pay grade they will have another higher ranking staff member assist you with the same professional demeanor as I listed above. Amanda Rodriguez at the Southwest Military Drive at Pleasanton Road location is one such assistant bank manager who after assisting my elderly mother with her transaction's made sure she was okay after my mom had to use the restroom. You can't find old school manners and decency like that anymore. Well you can but you have to look very carefully."

"I write this with a very displeased mind. This past Saturday morning 10/09/2021 my brother in law and I went to possibly open up a business account. We were very disappointed with the service I was given by the bank teller and not sure if the person Michael Sanchez was the manager; but he was very arrogant looking at me and my brother in law as if we weren't human beings. He began asking personal questions in front of the whole line and in front of all the people in line. He continued talking down to us in a very offensive way. Also, given the idea that I was there to possibly open a business account with cash in hand from my company. He decided to continue speaking to me in a arrogant bank jargon terminology that I did not understand. It was very unpleasant; comparing if I were to talk to have talked to him in a medical jargon communication he wouldn't have understood either. I am currently a member of this bank, for this reason I feel like I shouldn't be part of this organization. I kindly write this review because no human being should be belittled in such way.
