"Our experience with Earl’s Plumbing at first was good. From the receptionist to the installers, all were extremely professional and very responsive to our needs. Our water heater was 13 years old and began to leak water profusely. The price they quoted us on the phone to replace it was the price we paid and there were no added or hidden charges. We called them after 3:00 pm and they had a technician at our home within the half hour. The installer technician’s while professional broke the drain pipe and failed to fix it. We contacted Earl’s and they returned the following day and fixed the pipe at no further cost to us. The next day we awoke to the smell of gas in our home. We again contacted Earl’s and they returned and determined there was a gas leak from the gas pipe that they didn’t seal properly. They fixed the leak at no further charge to us. The following day we again awoke to the smell of gas, contacted Earl’s, they returned and found another gas leak they failed to seal and again they fixed it at no further charge to us. They did do a pressure test that we paid $250.00 for. They assured us there would be no further problems. While we appreciate their professionalism and prompt response, we will not use their services again in the future."

"Main pipe from meter to house sprung a leak at pressure control valve. The technicians came at the appointed time and fixed the leak. They did an excellent job. Thanks guys. From now on I will be recommending Earl’s Plumbing for all my plumbing needs."

"We had an emergency situation at our home with plumbing issues. We called Earls, the lady on phone listened and acted. She sent out a a team , Darren and Zach. They arrived early on Monday morning, analyzing, acting solving the issue. The problem was on the city side of alley way. They called the city and our problem was taken care of. It’s nice to have good, honest people like this company taking care of us! A true five star company!"
