"My experience with Marker Services was above and beyond exceptional! When I first called to see if they could replace our HVAC ( Which was still functioning, but we wanted a TRANE installed) The tech asked if it was still functioning properly, if I minded waiting while they made repairs to other customers who’s air conditioning units were not ( in 100 degree rather) working, and I of course said most definitely, “ help them first”! I found that very commendable of him! We only had to wait till the next week, which we didn’t mind t all! They provided an honest and fair estimate, which they stuck to! The techs provided efficient work and cleaned up after themselves and left my home the way they found it! Very pleased with their work! Scott called after the installation to ask if the unit was functioning efficiently and to our expectations! The follow up call assured us that they care about their customers! Rob and Ginger both asked if we were pleased with the service and asked that we call them should we have any issues in the future! Extremely pleased with the service Marker Services provided Nd would recommend them to our friends and family!"

He found the facility needed a new motor and fan blade. They ordered it, and waiting for it to arrive. I am confident that my ac unit will run like brand new.
