"I have bought a lot of jewlery from this place over the past few years and have always been satisfied. Being a pawn shop sometimes you run into flaws with items that you or the pawn shop can't see at the time of the sale. The few times out of a hundred that I've had problems with an item, the pawn shop manager (nice lady, very professional) has always done what was fair for me and the pawn shop, to make it right. They also seem to be one of the few pawn shops that look out for their customers. I frequent every pawn shop in the St. Louis area and I would honestly rank this pawn shop towards the top when it comes to integrity. I'm not saying they're perfect, but it seems like they're constantly trying to get better and correct their mistakes in the future. Also it seems like the more you spend, the more they're willing to work with you when it comes to prices. My suggestion would be to save up and try to negotiate a deal on multiple items."

"Ok so not sure if the Guy that was helping me was just messing with me or not but I took blu Ray movies in there to pawn about 3 months ago and he said he can only do 2 cents each on pawn when I was getting 50 cents each just 2 months before that at the same place ppl behind me was busting out laughing when they heard the employee tell me they could help me out by giving me 2 cents each on DVDs and Blu rays movies lol"
"Unique is amazing she knows the products she’s selling and is always extremely friendly, I have been doing business at this location for about 4 years now and every time I come in I hope she’s the one I have to deal with. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helps out very much. I highly recommend this location."
