Winkelman Heating and Air Conditioning

"I want to say, Winklemen H & A has been such a blessing for my household and family over the past several years. This year in particular, I signed up for their special package membership club, which includes two service days, one summer and one winter for maintence and check up for my system, plus a cost savings if any replacements are needed. Josh, David, and Isaiah are very good at what they do. In the summer, Josh showed up. He was personalble, professional, and knowledgabe. He tuned up my system, cleaned it all out and got me ready for the summer. Checked all the settings and levels. Saved me from my air conditing unit going out in the heat of the summer. Then, I had an additional visit from David, at a later time. I thought I needed a repair/replacement. David evaluated my system and found that I did not. It was ethical and honest that he told me it was not absolutely necessary at this time. I was so appreciative because it saved me money! Then, I got my winter service maintence visit. Josh and his brother Isaiah both showed up. They were so kind and professional. David also came to assist. They got to work and found that my gas heating unit wasn't functioning at its highest level. Come to find out it was a problem with the gas meter in the alley. They were able to contact the City gas department, which came out promptely and replaced the regulator on the gas meter, which corrected the issue in my gas heating unit. If they were out for money, they could have easily not gone that extra step and just replaced a part, costing me additional money. Come to find out, it was no extra charge for me, and all this was already paid for with my purchase of the yearly maintence plan, which is definitely worth the money and investment. They checked all levels in all my units, cleaned out all the units, and now I am toasty and warm in my home this winter with confidence that my HVAC will continue to work without interruption. And, if it doesn't, I know they are a phone call away. Thank you Winkleman, for employing excellent repairmen who I appreciate. You have my business."
