"I come here biweekly for a 10 lb bag of ice. More than half the time I get between 6 and 8 lbs instead of 10. I'm thinking it's time for a different provider."

"look i’ve been coming here for years and I will say I do appreciate the gentleman who is there in the morning time. He is more professional than the previous ladies and some of the current employees. My main issue with the previous female employees is I ask for them to make it fresh and they never listen and they lie on top of that. I’m sorry to say but the burgers and extremely cold and very very nasty. If they would serve you off the grill I would even pay extra!!! How much longer will this go on ?! The prices are higher and the quality is down! Why can’t they serve the customer a fresher product ? Also if I ask to make it fresh can you actually listen for once? Do better stop serving nasty cold burgers even the lettuce and condiments taste old. Do better!!"

"The BOGO chicken sandwiches were Jr.s with minimal mayo, an extremely Small piece of lettuce & nothing else! The Onion Rings were definitely not crispy & the Fries were just OK. We had an online $10.00 off coupon that took 2 people to figure out How to get the Discount.. Our last visit there!"

"Food was the average at best. This Burger King is remodeled and generally clean, but very sterile feeling. The double croissant breakfast sandwich was tiny and not a good value. It was extra salty also."

"I should've know better by now than to go to this location, this Burger King is not up to standard with the rest. I used the drive thru service. When I drove up to the window to receive my food, I realized my order on the receipt was incorrect. I notified the lady at the window of the mistake; I had ordered a Whopper MEAL not the sandwich alone. She proceeded to hand me the bag with the incorrect order with a blank expression, completely ignoring me (a paying customer). I reiterated to her the order was incorrect, so she proceeded to close the window on me and walk away. I guess this Burger King's slogan is "Have it THEIR way" and/or the AI who handed me the order malfunctioned. I would've inconvenienced them and their customers by staying at the window and waiting until they had to tend to me, but I realized they had no other customers clamoring to this location (for good reason) and I had no time to be waiting around. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. P.S. They never have their promotional stuff on time like the other Burger Kings in the area, so I had to use a filter to try to make my Whopper buns look red like the "Spider-Verse Whopper""
