"So I went in there thinking the ladies will be super nice (from what my mother has told me through her past experiences) and there was nothing pleasant from my visit what so ever. The guy was INCREDIBLY rude when I tried selling a recent purchase of a Kate Spade purse no more than a year ago. He offered me $30. When the purse itself cost $400. A complete low ball of an offer. He tried explaining how the Kate Spade outlet always has 60% off your purchase except even with that discount people are paying at least $200. I just laughed and walked out. Not even a week later I sold the same purse online for $130. This place is a complete joke offering people low ball offers then selling them for 10x as much. Ridiculous. Dont buy or sell to this place. You will get a MUCH better deal online."
