"To the manager who was on duty Sept 28, 2023. You have employees who are rude, disrespectful and invasive to a person's personal life. My mother went in looking to apply for a loan. The person who helped her asked her questions that had no bearing on whether she would get the loan or not. She was in full knowledge that she wasn't going to give my mom the loan and kept her there for over an hour and made her cry. I have never in my professional life encountered an individual who made comments about someone's children, their military status, or to see someone's personal property. Your business should be ashamed."
"I have had my accounts at the Alamo Bank They were closed years ago so I switched to the Frost Bank on Ridge RD. I have never had a problem with with Frost. They are always friendly and professional. I even like going to the bank. I have been in a wheel chair for 5 years. I practiced for a long time and now I drive to the bank every month.
