"Indian pharmacy technician/ cashier is rude/ attitude. She seems not to like answering questions. Regarding available prescription on account. Rushes you off the phone. Getting services somewhere else."
"I just spoke with a woman who could not speak even remotely proper English at "Plaza Pharmacy". I have been working at my Mother's Import/Export business since I was 10 years old (answering phones), so I'm quite familiar with the language barrier that can arise when speaking to clients overseas. This woman, who told me 6 times (in a call lasting under 2 minutes) "Please let me finish" Ask the doctor/clinic to send your prescriptions to your local pharmacy. I cannot get my wife to stop laughing at how angry she got, then she attempted to call me an "as-whole", as it sounded from her third world mouth. I cannot stop laughing either, loo. She also yelled "DO NOT CALL ME 'MAM""
