"Absolutely abysmal customer service. The pharmacy tech Daisy G was a nightmare, rude and brimming with hostility. She told me that she wouldn't fill my prescription because it had only been called in 20 minutes beforehand and I would have to wait another 45. There was literally not one other person waiting and I was with my toddler whose eyes were glued shut. We needed his medication. This woman should not be employed in any capacity that requires caring for others. Maybe a prison guard would have been a better choice."
"The worst. They never pick up the phone and when you go pick-up, there’s over 5 employees and they will look you in the eye and ignore you and just have you waiting there."
"Slow, non organized and they close before the time in the page. I came before 6, and they said: oh no it’s closed. When I was in the line, and the guy was like: yeah that lady before you is going to be the last. And please just clean the snow/ ice. It’s Dangerous to come by walking to Walgreens."
