"I went to the pharmacy on crutches to ask where a product was that I needed. Waited my turn, asked and was told I had to ask the pharmacist. I asked the young woman if she could ask the pharmacist and was told no. Walked to the pharmacist and was told it was in aisle 11. A very nice CUSTOMER got out of her line to help me. We did find it after looking for 10 minutes. But this is not the worst of it. I was in line to pay and asked to speak to a manager. Dave was reluctant in getting me a manager and kept pressing me to tell him what the issuse was. I kept telling him he couldn't help me and I wanted the manager. A very nice lady came, very sorry I don't remember her name. I told Dave to ring me up so the customers behind me didn't have to wait. Dave told me not to tell him what to do and I didn't know who I was talking to. I found his behavior passive-aggressive and instead of trying to do his job the he fanned flames by getting the customers in line saying "we're behind you Dave". Don't think I will be giving any Walgreens my business."
"Pharmacist is rude and mouthy. I came to pick up 3 prescriptions. None of them were ready but 1. They did not even bother to call to mention that only 1 was available. Wasting other people's time"
