Walgreens Pharmacy

"I called the pharmacy to ask a simple question and was on hold for 10 minutes, which is fine I don’t mind the wait. When someone answered the phone they did not say anything and hung up right away without any greeting or giving me a chance to say anything. This is the second time this has happened to me. Another time I called in regards to a prescription that was placed on back order. The employee seemed to be in a bad mood and was rushing me off the phone. After asking if they can help me find a different location that carries the medication the employee responded with “Do you even have a prescription here?” I stated in the beginning of the call my script was placed there and had been on back order for more than a month. Very rude and unprofessional. I understand a pharmacy can be busy at times which is why I try to be understanding and quick with my calls but this location has very rude employees. Employees act like we are inconveniencing them by calling the pharmacy when it is their job to assist and provide customer service to those who have questions regarding their refills. Find people who can handle a busy and fast paced environment. If the employees are not able to have patience with costumer’s then they should not be working there."

"Waited 15 minutes just to drop off a Rx, and then when I go to pick up, I find out they forgot one. Doesn't the computer list them? Find some pharmacists who know how to read!"

"Got the last box of N 95 masks. Check out person was very helpful. I don't like though that they'll be selling that abortion pill."

"Horrendous! Attempted to get my prescription three times just to be told; 1. Got to wait 45 min, 2. Prescription is filled but the pharmacist needs to verify it but is not available now, 3. Pharmacist is at linch. Last time at that pharmacy!"

"Charged me full price for prescriptions multiple times, even though I gave them my insurance card every single time. They refused to help me and told me to call or come back the next day. Say you money and the hassle and go to a different pharmacy, its the worst one I have been too."
