"I went in for my second dose of Pfizer vaccine, only to fill out another long form. That's not the issue i waited for about 20 minutes for them to get my forms right. It was an address on it that I haven't lived at for at least 15 years. What if you need to mail something about the vaccine?"
"While I was waiting for my prescription, I sat facing the pharmacy door and the back shelves that contained protein products. The floor, at some time, must have been swept and the dirt was left next to the door leading to the pharmacy. As I had a lot of time, I also noticed that under the shelves was also dirty and needed to be washed. This is a small, busy store that needs to have more cleaning help."
"The Pharmacist Irene performed our COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Grosse Poine Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was absolutely wonderful! Very kind, knowledgeable and so caring for our staff and residents! We are very grateful for her kindness. Also, Walgreens as a company has handled the vaccine process with skilled nursing facilities phenomenally! Thank you Walgreens!"
"This Walgreens is conveniently located near our house, but definitely on the smaller side. It's a Walgreens so nothing glamorous, but I will say like most other Walgreens I stop at they are understaffed or the staff don't really do much other than stock and check you out. If looking for anything specific I have to send a search party to find any help. Oh well gotten used to it."
