"I had a fantastic experience with Ashland Women's Health! My OBGYN contacted their organization on my behalf with my breast pump prescription, within a day I got a phone call letting me know they had received the prescription and that they had made contact with my insurance company. The very friendly customer service rep requested my email to send me out literature for their products so I could be prepared to make my selection once the insurance had approved the order. Within minutes I received literature on the various pumps, and was able to do my research. Like clock work, I received another phone call a few days later letting me know the prescription had been approved and asking if I was ready to make my selection. I made my selection, and within an hour had received paperwork to sign off on and tracking information for my order. The product shipped immediately and was at my door step within 2 business days.
