"So I recently switched insurance as well as doctors. So when I needed to get back on the medication after pregnancy and refill an upped dose of medication the pharmacy questioned multiple things. First my address, instead of verifying with me they assumed I didn’t live in this town and questioned why I was filling it there. Second, I had just filled this medication elsewhere but my doctor upped them and I needed more to get through the month. Again questioning why I needed it so soon and why the dose?! You don’t know my medical history so you don’t know what’s working and not. It’s not up to you to decide. So my doctors office tried upwards of 4× to get them to understand the situation, and the pharmacist was rude cutting off the secretary and wouldn’t listen. This is the second time I’ve had an issue trying to refill the medication since switching. The first one they said there were some law OK, I understand so I got that all figured out out and got a new prescription and everything was fine but they’re still questioning it , this is not a great experience for anyone especially when dealing with mental health. I would not recommend going to this pharmacy at all. Do better and get some training on compassion"

"Bad service bad staff no one responsible My doctor send medicine after three day they replay me they don’t have medicine I have autoimmune disease I have to take my medicine every day after three days they told me pick up from different pharmacy finely I getting mad on them and I switched my pharmacy I never go agin to buy any thing from Walmart"
