Walgreens Pharmacy

"Disgusting service from Mai. Not only was she taking her sweet time while she talked to her co-worker about how she couldn't wait for her 2 days off. But I was in the middle of talking about a Walgreens savings card and and the second prescription that they forgot to fill for my daughterand she walked away and said okay bye. Once she learned I didn't have insurance her treatment towards me changed big time. Ignorance at its finest. Her personal hygiene was also horrible. They also close early so if you have to get a prescription you better go well before closing time"

"The woman who checked me out, nice as pie. And told me where ti find prenatals. So tell me why the cashier next to her stopped a group of 3 or 4 boys to tell them they only had 10 minutes in the store to get what they needed and to be back at the register? She had the audacity to ask a woman who walked in behind them if they were with her!!! I'm sorry but how disrespectful can you be to kids that are no more than 12 years old? Its hot as HELL outside!! Maybe they just needed some water and to cool down? I understand she is older but then maybe find another job? There are plenty out there that are hiring 16 bucks an hour to stand behind a counter. Beyond repulsed at what I saw today and I almost went up to those kids and walked around with them just so they wouldn't be bothered by that wretched old woman! The disrespect some older generational folk show kids and people my age is downright wrong and does not deserve to be at a place of customer service. Please talk with staff immediately and inform them how to watch for disruptive kids, not to call out every child who walks through the doors!"

"Asked the cashier if masks were still going to be needed due to changes with the CDC. Some "Grey Shirt" rude inconsiderate individual snap and yell "No" even though I was not speaking to him. Then he proceeded you to continue to just walk away. People are raised to stop and speak to one another, not interrupt other people's conversation. I will NOT be being using this store for anything every again. all my prescriptions will be transferred tomorrow to CVS."
