"Wish I could give negative stars. They did not give enough of my daughter's liquid antibiotic and Mohammed REFUSED to correct his mistake. Don't care about a child's health. I can see why this location gets such low reviews. I swore off Walgreens years ago I should never have come back. Well as I told him, I'll be complaining to the attorney general's office. He chuckled when I said that!"

"Worst experience I have ever had and I feel like I could speak for the 4 people in front and 2 behind me in line, 3 people ahead of me were also getting shots and everyone was upset that the person giving the shot slammed the needle in their arm, when it was my turn it was like they were playing darts and I was the dart board. With all my experience with Healthcare work and all my healthcare friends we have never experienced or heard of this. Unacceptable."

"Too long a wait to know about the prescription status. Finally when I got connected the Technicisn connected me to the pharmacist. No response. I put the phone on the speaker mode and waited for almost 15-20 minutes. Got frustrated and hung up."

"This is one of the worst walgreen Pharmacies ive been to. we are forced to use this one because it's the only local one that will do compound drugs that we have used for the last 4 years. My son's dosage requires a price .9 ML and requires the smallest 1 ML syringe. Numerous times, one being back to back 60 day refills, they did not restock them. given that we use it twice it day it gets sticky after about 2-3 weeks. This last fill (july 2021) i spoke with one of the pharmacists letting them know that the med had a different taste. my 8 year old has been taking for 4 years so he knows what it should taste like. at first she was very helpful, helping me order a new compound because they changes the manufacturer. when it was filled i came to grab the new one, which is not a generic copay (30-40 dollars for 2 month fill). So i was under the impression since they did not reveal the change in manufacturer they would just switch out. the pharmacist had a hissy fit as if i asked for a million dollars. i tried to stay calm even through her rude retorts and resistance to eye contact. and once i confirmed that we were not aware of the manufacturer change she quickly told the tech to just give it to me and waived me off without even speaking with me. It baffles me... is her salary based on recoveries? if i was used to buying a soda named Coke and all of a sudden the coke isnt the same the company would allow the return... especially since their was no explicit notice that the formula changed. It baffles me how someone just brushes us off because they don't like what they are dealing with. i question whether she treats her job of filling scripts or calling doctors with the same level of contempt."
