"Yen. The rudest Pharmacy technician i’ve ever interacted with. He needs to calm down and take the time to politely communicate with customers. I received 0 greeting as I walked to the register. In fact, he didn’t say a single word to me until I just told him I needed to get my prescription. Then when he was clicking on the computer he was tapping so hard and aggressively that the whole thing was shaking and rattling. Finally, when he got my prescription and receipt he crumpled the receipt in his hands and essentially threw it into my hands with no bag. Never coming back to this location."

"Pretty much every month, they're out of my medication, but can't fill it early, can't even tell me if it's going to be out ahead of time, then tell me it'll take 3 to 5 days to get new meds in. The individual pharmacists vary a lot, and sometimes they're helpful, sometimes they're antagonistic, but they universally suggest you just get multiple prescriptions and call around for where to fill yourself, and often will suggest you take only partial fill of your meds to avoid having to get a new prescription. They've also suggested i just 'skip doses to store up' and 'take your meds but not on weekends' which I don't think is a safe piece of advice, especially given they don't really know what i'm being treated for."

"I have no problem with pharmacy, but I have a problem with the OTC items they are empty shelves ,I was there Monday no men's 55 plus vitamins, or the two other items I needed. Was back again on Thursday same empty shelf what good is having the benefits if you can't supply the products."

"This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been the first time walking in a woman was on the phone for a good 20 minutes not even acknowledging the line of people , I understood she was helping a customer but as she hung up she said” we’ll talk more about it when I get home” 2 senior citizens who were in front of me had to be waiting over 15 min for her to greet them. After her personal call. This past week my daughter was sick with strep they quoted 2 hours , I patiently waited for the automated text at 4 hours with no text I go to call and they then decided to call me to tell me they didn’t have the antibiotic and for ME to call the cvs in Wheaton to fill it. I called the pharmacist at the Wheaton location she was awesome and had it ready in 15 min. I will never go to this location again."
