"Called in advanced to make sure my medications were recieved and would be ready. I was made aware that one was not in stock, which is normal for that prescription. However a daily use one was in stock. I confirmed with pharmacy staff that it would be ready for pickup and was told it would be. I came on my lunch as that was my only available time today to find it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another half hour to an hour, despite the time I was assured. Staff was friendly though throughout and I do appreciate that."

"The Osco Pharmacy consistently messes up my refill prescriptions even when I complete the necessary steps (ie have prescriptions on automatic refill, use the texting service). For every prescription, I have to ask my doctors to resubmit my prescription. When I have complained, they apologize and occasionally provide with a 20% off grocery coupon. However, none of this actually solves the problem. I am switching to Walgreens today because I can be ensured my vital prescriptions will be filled in a timely fashion."
