Walgreens Pharmacy

"I’ve had it with the lies and blame games they play with their customers. This experience happened on 2-27-24. My doctor called in some prescriptions for me and I’m really sick so I thought hey let’s do delivery. Huh I go in the computer for all 3 prescriptions and set them up for delivery. It clearly stated for same day delivery it must be done before 7:00pm. I put all 3 through at 5:00pm. I waited until 9:00pm to call them to see where my pills are and I’m told “oh it’s too late for same day delivery. We can’t send it out until tomorrow”. Wait WHAT??? I tell her I got it in before the cutoff and she’s like. “ no you didn’t” um yes I did. We went back and forth and I asked for the pharmacist bacause the other girl said the soonest she can get them to me is 3:00 the next day and still charge me the same day fee for all. The pharmacist said the same thing I told her forget it I’ll drag my sick self in there. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had absolutely horrendous customer service and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Not to mention all the problems my husband has had. If you have the chance stay away from Walgreens at 1000 Roselle Rd in Hoffman Estates."

"Very Unprofessional and Rude Pharmacist and drive through staff. Today i had dropped my prescription and went back to pick my medicine drive through. Serving lady she charged my credit card and returned only medicine. I had immediately report that I haven't received my credit card. Instead of checking she was busy in serving next customers, She served 2 cars rather than checking my card. That mean she don't care of my credit card even though she Lost, because she already charged and i guess she believe return safely is not her job. After waiting and inquiring more she told me someone will check the camera. When i went inside PHARMACIST --- " LISA " start yelling and shouting and giving me instruction like i am working under her and she is my BOSS. it's seems like that she was busy and i had bothered her, Rather than apologies and checking customer's missing credit card. At that time i feel that i did a big mistake that i am stop by at walgreens even though there any many pharmacy stores around in 1 mile area. PHAMACIST LISA - she don't know how to talk with the customer, she is not allowing me to speak and she is behaving like whatever she is giving instruction i have suppose too and i am not allow to speak. I told her i am not your employee. I am strongly recommending that she needs a customer handling training. second thing Let her know that she is getting paid because customer is stopping at walgreens for the medicine. I guess staff is doing mistakes because of kind of manager pressures. the store manager is nice and cool guy. He tried to help me but result is they lost my credit card and they don't have any clue. I am writing not only for the lost of my card. My purpose is writing is Staff needs to take care of the customer first they handling if they report for card- which is most important so take it seriously and second IN CHARGE PHARMACIST - they should know important of customer service ."
