Walmart Pharmacy

"Pickup time kept getting extended with no explanation. Hoping to get same day pickup."

"If your insurance allows, go ANYWHERE but here. This is the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever been to. Today, we waited in the drive thru for THIRTY-SEVEN MINUTES while they figured out how to get my prescriptions ready. They had my license and credit card, so I couldn't drive away. This was the SECOND time I was in said drive thru today, bc they had filed instead of filled my sons' prescriptions. Then, when I got home, I noticed they switched out medications from what was on the Rx. I called to make sure they were the same (bc no one thought to tell me in the THIRTY-SEVEN minutes they had me captive), and I was on hold so long, I had to hang up and Google it. They are regularly out of medications, they regularly screw things up, and the wait is consistently abhorrent, no matter the day or the time."

"Abhorrent service. Saw Dr. 11 am Thursdayy. Went in Friday night at 6pm, not ready promised next morning. Next day, still was not ready and said 30 min wait. Plus no drive up pharmacy (out of order). Super long lines too. Understaffed. I guess I will just go back to Walgreens, what a waste of time."

"Was picking up a medication for my cat that was called in hours before pick up time & i was told between 20-30 mins after that time frame did not receive any notification so i called the store. It was a total of little over 40 minutes when it shouldve been already done. I had my pet with me since came right from work. I will not be filling meds here anymore. Customer service isnt the best!"

"Poor customer service, attitude in the pharmacy section except the older man . Insted of using pay roll for an old man up front greeting you with a pipe in his mouth and always talking to the workers coffee clutching. Utilize the payroll and teach the pharmacy better customer service. It's better than usual but the women are very cocky on the phone for any question you ask. But we are customers not animals so treat people like people. We pay Your payroll. no customers no paycheck for cocky bit!!!!s"
