"They always be giving you a new set of complications in order to get your medication. Like my doctor sent it in, which means I'm prescribed and authorized to have that medication. They always want to say we have to confirm with the doctor. Well why the heck do you think they call it in in the first place? And it's always a certain ethnicity of pharmacists and techs that want to gate keep your medications. Their favorite buzzword is "controlled substance." Like yeah, I know. I know what I'm prescribed, but also that it's a controlled substance that my doctor has sent in because I'm supposed to have it. Release it please. I'm tired of being told to come back in a couple days."

"The staff are very lazy and rude, one day I went to for pickup my medicine by drive through there was tow line for car the lady she give my turn to another person which one is behind me .I told her but she didn’t listen to me and they told me to wait for long time and they say the computer is down work just make excuses ."
