"Called for a quote, never heard back. The number we called from as well as the number I gave the agent was our number. A legit number. Like the other reviewer ROBERT, I'm sure they'll reply with it was our fault. **Read reply and tried calling the St. Louis number as the reply asked me to. It went to voicemail. I did however get a kurt and snotty voice-mail from Dan asking if I wanted my file closed? (As if I called three days ago, and spent all that time giving ALL my personal info, for a quote on both of our autos and home because I wasn't interested in quote?) He then continued on voicemail telling me it takes a long time to shop for quotes, and he'd get back "Sometime next week with quotes" Gee thanks..whenever it's convenient for you. I'm sure most of us shopping for insurance are doing so because we have nothing better to do-RIGHT! (As it's sooo fun shopping all of our personal info over and over again to find just the right SNOT to give our money to.) THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME...Oh, and now I'd prefer my quotes emailed to me, and not from DAN!mo UPDATE: 1 MONTH LATER....STILL WAITING ON QUOTE!! GET REAL!"

"Lakenan Insurance of Perryville insures a driver that caused a 5 car accident that I was a victim in. When I called to make a claim, the agent, Alyssa, hung up on me. Upon further attempts to call and continue filing a claim my call was answered and then immediately hung up on several times, and other times just left to ring. My insurance company also tried to call to find claim information and their call was left unanswered multiple times. There is no voicemail to leave a message. This is unprofessional, unscrupulous and unlawful actions for an insurance company. I will be seeking further professional help for my case - DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER...an organization that functions like this should not be in business! If I could rate this business a negative number I would."
