"They always have the grossest ice. Every time I go here and get a drink, as soon as I put ice in my cup, you can see black specs all over the ice. It’s gross. Also, why do they STILL give out mustard packets instead of putting the mustard on the sandwich for me…. I’m paying for YOU to make the sandwich, not me lol"

And no, the hair isn’t mine, as I have very curly hair, and the hair in my food was straight (zoom in on either photo to see)."
"They prepare your sandwich very fast and the Black and Bleu beef sandwich is very tasty. Even though it’s a limited special, I will be getting it every time I go until it’s gone. All employees are very nice and provide exceptional service each time. It’s isn’t too overly priced and is the perfect stop for me on the way home from the CFX right across the street or from Moraine Valley. Stop in, you’ll be pleasantly surprised."
