"Edit: it's been a couple years since the height of the pandemic and the service has gone back to normal. Prescriptions filled in a timely manner, they always answer their phone now and the drive through window is open. They refuse to answer the phone so you are forced to go to the pharmacy physically. Once their they give everyone the same answer, your medicine is in processing would you like to wait? Everyone says yes so you end up waiting over 2 hours for them not to fully fill your order since they ran out of pills. This pharmacy is a joke."

"Stopped in on 10/18/22 to refill my daughters ADHD meds. Was told it would be fine by “Sherry” and was asked if 3pm the next day was ok. Totally fine. I go in today (10/19/22) and was told there was no script. That I was lied to. I wasn’t aware the refill was out, but would’ve had no problem refilling it if it was. But that’s not what I was told. What kind of pharmacy allows their techs to LIE ABOUT IMPORTANT meds?! Now my 11 year old will probably have a day at school without them."

"Pharmacy has had my prescription for about 2 weeks and it is still in processing. I switched from them months ago because this is the norm, but my doctor accidentally sent my script there. Will be having it pulled from there to CVS where I will have it within hours instead of weeks. If you can't handle the volume then close the pharmacy, Kroger."

"Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are rude, uncaring and slow. When people are sick they cannot wait days for this medication to be filled. I have literally been feverish, dizzy and sick, being told to come back in hours or even the next day. This is not late in the day either. I have also been Told to come back in hours, when I have already waited 2 days to pick a script because they still didn’t have it ready. If you need someone to answer questions about a medication you might as well forget. Once they have time for you, they treat you like an idiot."
