The majority of the classes are taught by the two owners, Angela and Julie who are super nice. It’s the perfect place for people of all abilities to enjoy yoga. I’ve also taken some of the HIIT classes which are very challenging. Highly recommend Shine!!!"

"Five shiny stars for Shine! I took classes at several different studios while looking to incorporate some yoga into my fitness routine, and I knew I had hit the jackpot after my first few classes at Shine. I also wanted to do weight training and (sigh) some cardio, and this place has it all. The owners and 2 main instructors are awesome people and trainers, there are a nice variety of classes and times offered, the studio space is the best I've seen in the area, and the welcoming and friendly community there is the cherry on top."

"Ok, what can I say more. Let me just say that the 5 star reviews that are here are all on-the-mark true. I have practiced with the two yogis that teach the classes Julie and Angie for at least 8 years from a previous studio. When they opened this studio together, I enrolled right away. The routine that they follow is amazing. Hits and improves your back, balance, core, joints-and mental state. The juices flow through out your body. Every time I walk away from a class, I feel renewed. The practice is done in infrared heat so you SWEAT. And they also hand out a cool refreshing scented cold towel at the end of every practice while you are recovering from the practice and that is heaven. Also for those who cannot tear away from work at a reasonable hour ;-), they have classes at 7-8PM that fits my schedule. If you join this club and practice here, you are definitely in for a great experience. But as always, persistence in practice matters."
