"They do not offer month to month memberships, once you try to cancel they will make you pay another month before they will cancel you out. They do not tell you when signing up about this. Do not trust them and do not waste your money or time on this gym. Do not sign up for training session, they harass you once your contract ends to resign up. They will come up to you while working out and try to offer discounts to sign back up with trainers no matter how many times you’ve told them you’re no longer interested. Gave a written notice to cancel my training sessions and was charged numerous times after, when I spoke to them about this they said “verbally” I said I was still interested when they state you have to give written agreement (which I did). Money was never refunded. This gym is not professional, more like a nagging car dealership with plots and twist."
"I really enjoy this location and gym in general.. everything is always clean and working! The space is super big so you don’t got to bump into people and there is a variety of equipment. Also you can’t beat what you get for the price!"
"I was hesitant on coming in to this gym due to the reviews given about the staff, but I went in myself and gave them a try. The gym was clean, the staff were welcoming and showed me around. They explain the policy’s very well before starting up a membership, and people just don’t seem to remember or act like victims when the employees correct the member. They are just following the rules. We are all humans and not perfect, but at least the gym is in perfect shape. I’m not here for the employees just the gym!"
"If you have children DO NOT bring them into this gym. The child care is horrible usually they have one at most two staff watching over 40 kids. I went in today took my toddler there was only one person in charge of over 30 kids. Did not feel comfortable at all I’ve talked to two different managers multiple times no one seems to do anything. It’s time to look for a new gym."
"I love the cleanliness of this facility! Tons of equipment and great classes! The only thing missing is a basketball court and swimming pool. I don't need either, so for me this place is great."
