"Edit: I have changed my 5-star rating to a 1-star rating because after 1 year, Mike did not get in touch with me to set up a new insurance policy. I contacted him multiple times through different outlets and never heard back. So, I guess it was nice while it lasted. Cool Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very personable and doesn't make buying health insurance as daunting or frustrating as one thinks it will be. The one main thing that I loved about working with Cool Mike was his transparency. He is trying, wholehearted and sincerely, to get you the plan that YOU need. Not the plan that would put more money in his pockets. He is very genuine and will do his best to answer all of your questions. If he doesn't know an answer to your question, he will not give you false information. He will find the answer for you and bring the information the next time you talk to him. Overall, 10/10. I hope to keep him as my agent as long as I'm in the St. Louis area."
