"I truly had my doubts about this place before I went because of the previous reviews, but let me tell you my impression. They were well organized. I saw nobody waiting time they had 2 people in the front just to orient the incoming customers, and they right into it. I was there to close my chequing account, and for some issues in my mobile app account, I couldn't fix it through a phone call, and I was only there for about 40 to 50 min and I even took like 15 to 20 min to get oriented on the home equity line of credit service. If they had customer service issues ... I guess they fixed that."
"The line is so long, they have a bunch of employees just talking and walking around and just 1 teller, I waited 45 minutes during a lunch break and the line only moved up by two people. Very disappointed in the service displayed, I may close my account."
